Simon Delaney welcomes fourth child

Simon Delaney has welcomed his fourth child into the world.

The TV3 star’s wife Lisa Muddiman gave birth to a baby boy over the weekend, and the proud parents have named their newborn son Lewis.

Taking to Twitter, Simon announced his son’s arrival and said, “Mam and baby were both amazing!!”

The news of his new arrival comes as Simon’s acting career is taking off.

As well as presenting Saturday AM alongside Anna Daly, Simon recently starred in Driving Mrs Daisy at the Gaiety Theatre – which wrapped on May 28.

While Simon is delighted after welcoming his new son into the world, he previously told the Herald that he won’t be taking any time off work.

“Paternity leave? Not at all. I can’t take any time off – not with four kids and a mortgage,” he said.

As well as becoming a father again, the 45-year-old is gearing up for the release of his new film The Conjuring 2 this summer.

The Conjuring 2 is set for release on June 17.
