Professional support has been made available to Ryan Thomas following assault accusations made against him.
It has been a whirlwind of a week in the Celebrity Big Brother house after the former Coronation Street actor was accused of punching Roxanne Pallett forcefully.
The former Emmerdale actress claimed that Ryan had punched in her the ribs a number of times in order to hurt her.
Following her accusations Ryan was given a formal warning by Big Brother and he broke down in tears in the diary room.
The actor couldn’t understand what he had done wrong and Roxanne later walked from the competition.
Thousands of fans have shown their support for Ryan and it has now been announced that he has professional support available to him within the house.
The 34-year-old was visibly distressed following the accusations made against him and many fans called for CBB to ensure the actor was okay.
“Housemates’ well-being is closely monitored and of paramount importance,” a rep for CBB told The Sun.
“Big Brother puts into place appropriate support arrangements as required,” the rep stated.
Ryan’s family have been showing incredible support for the actor online, with his daughter even recording a video message for her father and said: “Hi daddy, I love you and I miss you and I think you’re doing very well. I’m so proud of you and I think you should win.”
