The new female lead for season 2 of You has been announced.
People all over the world become obsessed with the binge-worthy series, and now Netflix have already started working on season 2.
The Haunting of Hill House star Victoria Pedretti has been cast as the new female lead, with Netflix announcing the news.
Victoria, 23, will be joining Penn Badgley, 32, who is back to reprise his role as the creepy, yet charming bookshop worker Joe.
Netflix revealed Victoria will play Love Quinn, “an aspiring chef working as a produce manager in a high-end grocery store.”
“Love is uninterested in the world of social media, branding and self-promotion, focused instead on leading an interesting life,” Netflix revealed.
“She is also tending to a deep grief — and when she meets Joe Goldberg, she senses a shared knowledge of profound, life-changing loss.”
You is based on a series of books by author Caroline Kepnes and Love Quinn has been adapted from the second instalment of the series.
