Love/Hate's John Connor to sleep rough OUTSIDE Leinster House to help homeless

Love/Hate star John Connors will sleep on the street outside Leinster House to raise funds for the homeless.

The actor, who plays pipe bomb maker Patrick in the show, is hoping to raise money for homeless services in Dublin following the tragic death of John Corrie.

The RTE star revealed he had been touched by what happened to John and hopes to get every homeless person a place to stay for Christmas.

“Like everything else in this country, the homeless situation is getting worse” the 24-year-old said.

“This time of year the temperatures are into the minuses and more people are likely to die.

“We need to get together as a people and try our best to give them a few nights of comfort at least,” he told the Star.

Support : John’s cause is being supported by other Love/Hate actors | RTE

The actor will be joined by other Love/Hate stars who will join him to raise awareness for the cause.

John has called on fans to a donate a minimum of €1 and share his Facebook status for a chance to win signed Love/Hate memorabilia and a Skype call with a Love/Hate star.
