Love Island star Greg O’Shea has left the Love Island villa – but its only temporary.
The Limerick Rugby star left the reality show to attend the funeral of his grandmother in Dublin this week.
The 24-year-old jetted from the Majorca to the service in Dublin on Monday, and then returned immediately to the Love Island villa.
Dad Niall O’Shea told Limerick Live 95: “Greg is a very good family man and his mother wanted to make sure he was there because himself and his Nan, got on well.”
The family have since paised producers for allowing their son to come home.
Monica Ho (née Finlay) from Raheen, Limerick “passed away peacefully on 19th July 2019, in the care of Talbot Lodge Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.”
