Liam Cunningham has faced off against Conor McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh.
The actor, best known for his role as Ser Davos Seaworth in HBO’s Game of Thrones, stopped by Straight Blast Gym for some lessons in combat.
Taking to Instagram, John shared a video from their training session where Liam practiced some fighting moves on the famous MMA coach.
“If he loses his sword he’s just as dangerous #SirDavos #gameofthrones,” John wrote alongside the clip.
John, who has just released his first book titled Win or Learn, also shared a snap of the pair in fighting poses as they geared up for their bout.
Showing that he’s a fan of Game of Thrones, John wrote, “We will not stop until our enemies are crushed and their women lament!”
So, the question is, could Liam gives Conor McGregor a run for his money?
