Laura Whitmore has fled her IFTAs hell – for a week in the Los Angeles sun for Coachella.
The MTV star was left fuming after sound, script and camera issues while presenting the Irish Film And Television Awards with Simon Delaney last weekend.
But Laura is now hundreds of miles away after taking a private jet to the California festival.
Sources revealed that the 28-year-old was left utterly embarrassed by the IFTAs issues and has vowed never to present them again.

An insider said: “Laura told a few people after the ceremony that she would definitely never present the IFTAs again.
“She was embarrassed with the script and the technical issues just made things worse”.
It is understood that Laura, from Bray, Co Wicklow, complained about the technical problems a number of days after the event.
A spokeswoman for the IFTAs has previously admitted there were a number of sound issues with the event.
