Irish X Factor star Chris Leonard has admitted he’s “shocked” that girls are mobbing him since getting on the TV show.
The Meath teen is part of the series’ eight-member group – now called Stereo Kicks – but is finding it tough to adapt to his new life.
And Chris fears that despite being single he may struggle to find love, adding: “I’m terrible with girls.”
He said: “It’s very humbling, we’re still shocked at the attention that we’re getting off girls and stuff on Twitter. It’s a strange one.”

Last night Chris – who is single – performed Roar with his new bandmates at the X Factor.
Previously Chris, who used to be in Dublin boyband 5th Base, entered the competition with them before being booted out at bootcamp – which he feels helped.
“Going last year really prepared me for this year. I came in with a better idea of what to expect and how hard it actually is to get this far in the competition,” he told the Sunday World.
“Last year I only got as far as boot camp and it’s extremely hard even to get to that stage.”
