He’s already got a following thanks to his role on Game of Thrones, but Liam Cunningham has admitted he wants to be in Love/Hate.
The Irish actor, who has starred in War Horse and Clash Of The Titans said he wanted to be in the show to kill of Nidge – but now he’s too late.
“Someone asked me if I would do Love/Hate and I said ‘Yeah, if I could put a bulletin Nidge’s head.’ But someone beat me to it,” he said.
“I would consider a role in it if I read the script and thought I could bring something to it. But the mathematics are very simple with me.

“If it’s interesting and the character has a good voice then of course I’ll do it,” he explained.
Speaking at the launch of the Budweiser Dream Job competition, Liam, 53, said the award winning series is the best thing that’s ever been on RTE.
“Love/Hate it is the best thing RTE has ever produced. It’s wonderful and if you look at the quality of TV, it is leaving film in the dirt,” he told the Herald.

The Budweiser Live The Dream competition gives contestants a chance to win €40,000 to go towards their dream career.
Liam will be judging entries with presenter and singer Leanne Moore as well as DJ Gavin Lynch.
“It’s a fantastic thing they are doing in tight economic times when people are finding it difficult – not only to follow to follow their passion but to get a job,” Liam added.
