Caroline Flack has revealed that she will commute between the UK and South Africa while filming the winter edition of Love Island.
The presenter explained that she will be in South Africa most of the time for filming, but will need to fly back to the UK every week to film AfterSun.
She explained that filming is about to begin, saying: “I’m going on Saturday to do the promo.”
“It’s a 13 hour flight,” she told The Metro.
“I’ve got to go back and forth the whole time to do Aftersun over here.”
Joking about her infamous walking scene in the show’s intro, she said it’s “a long old flight just to do that walking!”
The new series will be filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, and is set to air on ITV2 in January.
Speaking about the upcoming series, the TV presenter told The Sun Online: “I literally cannot wait. It is going to be so hot. Probably the hottest one yet.”
“Cape Town, can you believe it? Love Island’s twice a year now, it’s going to be mad.”
