Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack has finally revealed she will not be back for the new season.
The ITV host, who has been presenting the show since 2011, took to Twitter to announce the news, and gave a special mention to our very own Louis Walsh.

“Heyyyyyyy! After three brilliant years of hosting Xtra Factor its time to pass the baton. It’s been incredible and I’ll never forget it.”
“How can I when I’m married to Louis Walsh? It’s all he ever talks about at home,” she wrote.
“I wish the new team all the best and look forward to watching the new series.”
Olly Murs wasn’t too happy about the news, writing on Twitter: “massive loss to XTRA FACTOR! Bought show back to life..Big shoes to fill!”

Bray native Laura Whitmore was reportedly up for the role, but we recently revealed the MTV star lost out on the job.
DJ Sarah Jane Crawford is said to have landed the coveted role.
Former X Factor star Rylan Clarke is rumoured to be taking over from Caroline’s co-host Matt Richardson, after producers were impressed with Rylan, who presents the Big Brother after show.
