The summer season officially kicked off in The Gibson Hotel this week.
Special guests were invited to an exclusive BBQ on the roof top with a delicious summery cocktail reception.
In attendance at the funky event was RTE’s Ruth Scott and Stephen Byrne while TV3 host Deric Hartigan and FM104’s Sean Munsanje also joined in the fun.
Style stakes were high as Cathy O’Connor added some summer chic to the event.

The Gibson Hotel served up an array of food for the senses with everything from canapes to scrumptious BBQ meats, tasty sides and sweet desserts.
General Manager of The Gibson, Nicky Logue was delighted to kick off the festive fun.
“It is official– summer is here! At the Gibson we are really excited for the season ahead and we have lots planned for our guests over the coming months,” he said.

“We are introducing new summer menu options in both the Coda Eatery and Hemi Bar, ourSunday Live Jazz Brunch experience is already proving popular and of course our summer bbq options are now available for customers to enjoy,” he said.
