Irish model Maeve Madden has shared a shocking before and after pic on her Instagram.

The fitness fanatic revealed the uncomfortable side effects of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), as well as lactose and gluten intolerance.

Taking to Instagram, the blonde beauty shared a before and after picture to prove that “Not every day am I rocking abs and feeling lean and awesome.”

Hormones, bloat, water weight, food intolerances ibs , all result in days like this, which can last from 1 day to a week or longer ???.. Just wanted to share this painful reality, I have learned a lot over the past few months after being diagnosed celiac and lactose intolerant but every now and again I have foods my tummy hates and well, the darn hormones are something is ladies all have to deal with ?.. Hope to be back to normal in a few days .. Although Maeve follows a strict diet and works out almost every day, the model revealed in her candid post that she struggles with hormones, bloat, water weight, food intolerances and IBS.

 “Reality check .. Not every day am I rocking abs and feeling lean and awesome .. Hormones, bloat, water weight, food intolerances, ibs, all result in days like this, which can last from 1 day to a week or longer.” she wrote.
“Just wanted to share this painful reality, I have learned a lot over the past few months after being diagnosed celiac [sic] and lactose intolerant but every now and again I have foods my tummy hates and well, the darn hormones are something is ladies all have to deal with.
