Elle Macpherson has admitted that she’s “happy to see” Holly Carpenter doing well after Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model.
Speaking to Goss.ie at the launch of her new lingerie collection, Elle Macpherson Body, in Brown Thomas, the 52-year-old wished the Irish model well.
Elle was the host and executive producer on Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model back in 2013, the same year Holly appeared on the show.
When told how Holly’s career has excelled since the show, Elle said, “Yes she has apparently, good for her I’m happy to see that. I always love getting to know the girls and I wish them well.”

Elle’s comments come after Holly recently admitted that the pair “did not get on” during her time on the show, and branded her as a “very scary human” on The Seven O’Clock Show.
The Australian beauty also admitted that she misses doing shows like BINTM, but she’s got other priorities now.
“Gosh I miss those days, I had such a good time. I do miss doing it, but I’m living in Miami now and I’m building this business. Along with my wellness business Welleco.”
“The concept of Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model is that it’s a young girls journey to get to know herself better through the camera. She’s really being pushed to the max in many ways and so she’s learning about herself in that sense.”

Meanwhile, Elle revealed her favourite piece from her new lingerie collection with Brown Thomas, “There’s a bra called the Edge and it’s a triangle underwire bra and it’s been a sellout. It’s sporty and sexy and that’s the DNA of the brand.”
