Colin Farrell is set to become a fashion icon – after being signed up as the face of fashion label Dolce & Gabbana.
The Hollywood star filmed a multi-million euro campaign for the brand on an Italian island last week.
Bosses jetted the Dubliner to Stromboli – just off the coast of Sicily – to film the James Bond-style advert which will be aired all around the world.
World-renowned models were hired for scenes on a massive yacht with Colin, which was filmed by Oscar-winning director Paulo Sorrentino.

“Dolce & Gabbana’s campaigns have always been very sexy and flamboyant and this is no exception,” a source told the Sunday World.
“The brand is one of the best known in the world and the fashion house has enjoyed a good relationship with Colin for some time – he often wears their suits to high-profile events like film premieres and awards ceremonies.

“Now they’re bringing him to the next level by making him ‘the face’ of Dolce & Gabbana. It’s a very lucrative deal for Colin and the label is spending an absolute fortune unveiling it worldwide in the weeks leading up to Christmas.”
He is also in new movie Miss Julie – which sees him slapped by Jessica Chastain after they kiss.
