Greg O’Shea has lost over 40,000 followers on Instagram since confirming his split from Amber Gill.
The 24-year-old sparked backlash when he split from Geordie babe Amber – just five weeks after the pair won Love Island together.
During his appearance on The Late Late Show last Friday, Greg denied reports that he dumped Amber via text – but Amber has since claimed that he did.
Speaking on Loose Women on Monday, the 22-year-old said Greg made no effort in their relationship, and that she still wanted to “make it work”.
Since Friday, Greg’s follower count on Instagram has dropped by 42,499.
According to figures published on Social Blade, Greg lost a mere 90 followers on Saturday, but then lost a further 18,213 on Sunday.
Following Amber’s appearance on Loose Women, Greg lost a further 15,329 followers on Monday, and he lost 8,867 as of 1pm today (Tuesday).
Despite the sudden drop in followers, the Irish man still has a massive 1.6 million following on the platform.
But his ex Amber has proved to be more popular, as she has a whopping 2.9 million followers on Instagram.
