The partner of Xpose star Ailing O’Loughlin has been given the all clear from cancer.
Photographer Nick MacInnes, who is the father of Aisling’s two children, has finally finished chemotherapy.
“I’m delighted he’ll be home – absence certainly makes the heart grow fonder,” she told the Star.

“He’s finished chemotherapy but they were waiting for his blood to become healthy enough to be out and about.
“He’s delighted to be out too,” she said.
Aisling also  revealed Nick wouldn’t have lived, if she didn’t force him to see the doctor.
“Louis our son was born on December 6th, and I decided to bring him for an early doctor’s appointment just so that I could bring Nick with me.

“Nick was procrastinating so much – you know men and doctors. And I just said, I’m bringing Louis, are you coming?
“If he’d left it and not gone to the doctors, he would have only lived a few weeks,” she told Independent.ie.
