Westlife’s Croke Park concert to be shown live in cinemas nationwide

Westlife’s Croke Park concert is going to be shown live in cinemas nationwide.

The band’s highly-anticipated comeback tour kicks off in May and they will play two nights in Croke Park in July.

Their second night, on 6th July, will be shown live in cinemas around Ireland and the U.K. for fans who missed out on tickets to the huge gig.

Tickets for the broadcast go on sale on Friday 12th April and will be shown in a wide range of cinemas, including Drogheda’s Arc Cinema, Omiplex in Arcklow and a number of theatres in Dublin.

Speaking about the exciting news, the band said: “We have been overwhelmed with the incredible reaction to the tour and we’re so happy that our fans will now have the chance to enjoy the show in cinemas across the world.”

“Croke Park has always been a special place for us and we can’t wait to be back there. It’s going to be a phenomenal night!”
