Michael Bublé sang happy birthday to Marty Whelan during his gig at the 3Arena on Friday night.
Earlier that day, the singer had been interviewed by the legendary broadcaster for his Lyric FM radio show, and Marty obviously made quite the impression.
Speaking during his show, Michael shouted Marty out, and said: “You are one of my favourite human beings in the world. In a business full of shady people you are a class act. You are a beautiful man. A very sweet man.”
Michael then walked down to where Marty was sitting, and sang happy birthday to him on his 63rd birthday.
The Canadian crooner went all out by organising a cake for the Winning Streak host, who beamed as the crowd joined in to wish him well.
Sharing a video of the amazing moment on Twitter, Marty said: “I’m rarely speechless but this kindness from Michael Bublé blew me away. ❤️ #MichaelBuble @3ArenaDublin.”
