Conor McGregor may have lost to Floyd Mayweather over the weekend – but he still partied like a winner.
The Crumlin man received a hero’s welcome from 2,000 fans who paid up to $200 to attend his sold-out after party at the Encore Beach Club in Sin City.
Conor, who was joined by stars including Robbie Keane, told fans, “You will never beat the Irish. It didn’t turn out the way we wanted, but we can still party like it did.”
A source told the Irish Mirror, “It was easily a €1million party. We’ve never seen spending like it. Conor wanted to throw one of the best parties Vegas has ever seen and he succeeded.”
On the night, the fighter was surrounded by six bouncers as he mingled with fans and swigged out of bottles of Dom Perignon and Cristal Champagne.
Conor was joined by plenty of friends and family, and it looks like the party is still going on as his sisters Aoife and Erin were spotted donning swimsuits with “Team McGregor” on them as they partied poolside yesterday.
After his €500 million fight, Conor is expected to jet to Ibiza, where he will rent a luxury yacht for his friend’s wedding.
Speaking at the post-fight press conference, Conor said, “I’m young, I’m fresh and I’m ready. I was just tired in there. I wasn’t dazed or rattled. I’m going to hit Ibiza for a childhood friend’s wedding and going to hire a 100ft yacht. Those are my plans and then we’ll see what’s next.”

“This was some buzz, to come in and face this man. There were so many doubters, people said it wouldn’t happen and then they said I wouldn’t lay a glove on him. I have many options in mixed martial arts and I’m sure opportunities will present themselves in boxing.”
Conor lost the fight due to a technical knockout in the tenth round.
Plenty of a-list celebs were spotted at the T-Mobile Arena on the night, including Jennifer Lopez, Charlize Theron, Leonardo DiCaprio, Orlando Bloom, Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx.
