Greg O’Shea has teamed up with fellow former Love Islander Rob Lipsett to release a YouTube video.
The video, on Rob’s popular channel, has already racked up almost 42,000 views following it’s release on Sunday night.
The video, titled Pro Rugby Player And Bodybuilder Swap Routines | Greg O’Shea vs Rob Lipsett, sees the duo putting one another to the test when it comes to fitness.
The two sportsmen compare their exercise regimens, and try one another’s out.
The lads also have a chat about Love Island, as they have both been on the show previously, with Greg being this year’s male winner.
“How to win Love Island? Or even, how to last more than 10 minutes, that’s one I’d like to know,” Rob asks the rugby pro jokingly.
“I honestly don’t know how I did it, how I won Love Island, I was on it for two weeks, 13 days even,” Greg replies.
“To be honest what happened was I think the story just worked.”
“So Amber had been through so much and then I came in and we hit it off, so the story just worked. I was so lucky. I loved my experience.”
Greg revealed that his best mates in the villa were Chris and Ovie – and they still keep in touch. Rob also agreed, explaining that he is also still friends with the cast from the year he was on the show.
