WATCH: Conor McGregor’s full New York court appearance

Conor McGregor was released from the custody of the NYPD yesterday after paying $50,000 bail following his court appearance.

The fighter handed himself in to police in Brooklyn following instruction from UFC president Dana White after a violent incident at a media event for UFC223 in the Barclay Centre.

The warrant for the Dubliner charged him with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief by police in New York.

He appeared in court alongside Dalkey man Cian Cowley who had one charge of criminal mischief brought against him and a misdemeanor assault.

His lawyer highlighted that he had no previous criminal history and Conor was seen to be uncharacteristically quiet during the hearing muttering only a few inaudible words to his legal team.

Conor is set to appear in court again on the 14th of June and is allowed to leave America before then.
