TV presenter Vogue Williams has opened up about her “difficult year”.
Taking to Instagram, the Howth beauty opened up about her struggles and how she hopes she can look positively on them in the coming months alongside a motivational quote.
“Life is so strange and at times extremely difficult. I haven’t had the best year and it doesn’t look like the rest of it will be much better but hard times only make you tougher,” she wrote.
“I’m realising that I need to do more for myself and look after me for a change.
“I’m posting this now hoping to look back in six months and realise I got through the most difficult year in my life and I’m sure I’ll be in a much happier place when I see it,” she added.
“To anyone struggling, keep going because it will all be ok in the end.”
Getting candid with her social media followers, the 29-year-old has had a tumultuous year after splitting with her husband former Westlife singer Brian McFadden.

Tying the knot in 2012, the couple called time on their three-year marriage in July.
Although things have remained amicable amongst the pair, who have been spotted a number of times since the split, Vogue previously admitted she’s “not in a great place”.
“I didn’t get married to get divorced. You know what, I’m not in a great place,” she said.
“I find every day is quite stressful, every day I’m upset, you just have to move forward with life.”
