Vogue Williams has opened up about her struggle with exhaustion and parenting comparisons.
Posting to her Instagram, Vogue uploaded a stylish shot wearing a floaty co-ord. However, she explained that the slight throwback pic is far from her reality at the time of posting.
“I certainly don’t look like this today! After three hours sleep and a baby who does not want to be put down I need a million coffees,” she wrote.
The mum explained that the hectic pace of parenthood has led to her relying on coffee once again.
“I don’t drink coffee, well it seems to have creeped into my day since last September, wonder why that is”
The DJ and tan entrepreneur also revealed that social media can add to parental pressures.
“Being a parent can be so hard at times, sooooooo hard.”
“I see other people’s stories on here and think wow their baby never cry’s, they’re always perfect how do they do it? Thing is they’re more than likely as exhausted as me!”
“Being a mom is the best thing that’s ever happened to me but it’s ok to admit that it’s tough sometimes.”
Vogue welcomed her first child in September 2018.
