U2 land at number three on the Sunday Times rich list

U2 have landed at number three on the new Sunday Times Rich List, which sheds light on the most wealthy musicians in the UK and Ireland every year.

According to the newspaper, the Irish band’s wealth is estimated at €678 million.

This year, Andrew Lloyd-Webber secured the top spot, thanks to his €954 million estimated fortune.

Ahead of U2, Paul McCartney and wife Nancy Shevell landed at number two on the list, as their wealth is estimated at €872 million.
