And previously Sile admitted that it was a huge gamble for her – not knowing how to cycle properly before setting off.
She said: “So…we did it! 600km Tour De Force charity cycle along the West Coast of America in five days for amazing causes and what a magic week it was!
“It far exceeded my expectations in every way. Major kudos to the brilliant Tour De Force charity cycle team for a brilliant craic filled week.
“It was a privilege to be part of it. Truly. Despite the fact that I knew that first morning before I even sat on my bike that I was way out of my depth.

“It didn’t matter, the support, the encouragement, the patience and of course all the slagging and laughing ensured that I had an absolute ball.
“So thanks to everyone for making a newbie feel so welcome,it meant a lot!”
Along the way, it wasn’t all hell – with the group getting to see Hozier in the Regency Ballroom on their last day in San Francisco.
