Al Porter is taking a break from his Today FM show – after four allegations were made of “sexual misconduct”.
The Dublin comedian had been presenting The Al Porter Show daily on the station, but now Today FM have said after allegations came to light, he will now take time off.
“In light of recent events, Today FM and Al Porter have agreed that Al will take some personal time from his lunchtime radio show,” a statement read.
“No further comment will be made by Today FM at this time.”
It comes after The Ireland edition of The Times reported that four allegations have been made against the Tallaght star.
They also revealed issues were raised with Today FM management regarding “unsolicited sexual messages” he allegedly sent over Facebook.
