Taylor Swift has praised Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy.
The songstress listed her current pop culture obsessions for Entertainment Weekly this month, including the “musicians, TV shows, movies, and authors she’s currently fanning over”.
On her list, Taylor mentioned huge stars like Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey, and Drake – alongside our very own Dermot Kennedy.
Speaking about the Power Over Me singer, Taylor said: “I think it’s very poetic what he says, you know.”
“Like he’ll include the word ‘reverie’. I’ll be like, thank you Dermot Kennedy for saying reverie in a song in 2019. We need that.”
This isn’t the first time Taylor has expressed interest in Dermot’s music, as she added his song ‘Boston’ to a list of her favourite songs on Spotify back in 2017.
