Stephanie Davis could still face charges over her explosive hotel bust-up with on-off boyfriend Jeremy McConnell.
The former Hollyoaks star was arrested earlier this month after Jeremy, who she has son Caben-Albi with, reportedly suffered a broken nose, fractured eye socket and a concussion, after she attacked him inside a hotel room.
The brunette, who met Irish model Jeremy in the Celebrity Big Brother house, was seen with marks on her face and neck following their bust-up, which allegedly started after Jeremy chucked a phone at Stephanie and it smashed on the floor.
According to The Sun, police have now revealed that Stephanie remains under investigation, but is no longer on bail.

A Met Police spokeswoman said, “Police in Enfield were called to a hotel in The Ridgeway, Enfield, at 11pm on Sunday July 2nd following reports of an assault.
“Officers attended and arrested a 24-year-old woman on suspicion of GBH. She was taken to a north London police station for questioning and was bailed to a date in late July.
“She is no longer on bail and has been released under investigation. The victim was treated at the scene and did not attend hospital.”
Stephanie is set to come face-to-face with Jeremy in court on August 7, as he stands trial for assaulting her in a separate incident.
The Dubliner has already admitted to a criminal damage charge in relation to an incident that took place at Stephanie’s home in Liverpool on March 9, but denies assault by beating.
