The former TV3 star admitted that he put his hands on the patient’s “back and chest” while speaking for the first time at the hospital reception area. The patient claims Al told him he was “gorgeous and just the way I like them”, and that “he’d devour me”.

The report goes on to state that two hours later there was another “interaction” between the pair.

More “physical contact was made” by Al who allegedly “uninvitedly kissed the complainant on the cheek, in a pose for a photograph”.

According to The Sunday Times, the report states that the patient “was again made to feel uncomfortable but agrees he did not pull away nor share his concerns with the other service-users nor staff”.

Al has told the investigation that “his behaviour was typical of his persona”. He even provided photos to back up his usual pose with members of the public.

Al said the physical contact was restricted to “a hand on his shoulder and a kiss on his cheek, my standard photo pose”.
