The presenter is celebrating her 33rd birthday today and her husband was eager to surprise her with a lavish cake for the special day.

The mother-of-one seems to be enjoying her birthday so far, as she shared an adorable video with Spencer and said: “Who wins the best husband award? Look at my cake!”

Vogue and Spencer welcomed their first child, Theodore, into the world earlier this month.
