Spencer Matthews has shared a cheeky photo with his wife Vogue Williams.

The reality TV star celebrated his 30th birthday this weekend and made sure to give a special mention to his baby momma Vogue.

Sharing a photo of himself grabbing his wife’s behind, Spencer wrote: “30 years old and absolutely delighted!!!!”
