Ronan Keating and Yvonne Keating’s plush Malahide mansion is finally ready to be sold.
The luxurious home, which had an asking price of €2.45 million, is off the market again after a new buyer agreed to the sale.
According to the Sherry Fitzgerald website the house is now officially ‘sale agreed’.

In August the site had said the house was sale agreed already, but a buyer pulled out late last month.
The lavish six-bed mansion had been on the market since last January, Yvonne had been living in the home with she and Ronan’s three children Jack (15), Ali (8) and Missy (13).
Ronan and Yvonne, who split in 2011, built the 6,000sq ft house after Ronan’s affair with dancer Francine Cornelly was exposed.

The house includes a gym, walk in wardrobes, games room and a bar.
While Yvonne is renting a house nearby with the children, Ronan and girlfriend Storm Uechtritz are house hunting in the same area.
