RTE star Ryan Tubridy feels he is “cursed” with being underweight – and wishes she was fatter.
The Late Late Show host, 41, believes he could be the “skinniest person in Ireland” and would prefer to be a “normal weight”.
He said: “Are fat people more sensitive than skinny people? That could be an issue because they’re both being slagged for their weight.

“Or else it’s easier to be skinnier than it is to be overweight and that’s just a genetic disposition. One that I was blessed with – or cursed with. I’d prefer to be a normal weight, but I’m not. I’m just a skinny pants.”
The 2FM presenter had been reading out emails from viewers discussing the topic of discriminating against people for their weight when the star brought up his own weight issues.

He said: “If you’re skinny and you happen to be listening to the programme this morning – you’re listening to a skinny person. Possibly the skinniest person in Ireland”.
Tubs also discussed the issue of fat jokes and feels mocking skinny people for their weight is socially acceptable.
He added: “If you’re skinny, you’re absolutely fair game. [Skinny jokes] I’ve heard them all. You just kind of say, ‘Yeah that’s hilarious’.”
