RTE star Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh has admitted she has no problem stripping totally off for a TV or movie role.
The TV presenter was in the audience as Love/Hate’s Peter Coonan went completely nude in new play Borstal Boy at the Gaiety theatre.
And Blathnaid, 43 – who “loved all their full frontals” – admitted she would have absolutely no problem following suit if she was asked.

She said: “To be honest with you, even with all my scars, all the operations that I’ve had on my gut, if it needs to be done on stage, if it’s warranted, you would do that.”
And Blathnaid is especially happy to get her kit off now after dropping a dress size through high-intensity workouts in a Dublin car park – Underground Fitness.
“I’m doing the workouts two months now and I have dropped a dress size, I don’t weigh myself,” she told the Herald.

“But I won’t lie, the last time I put this dress on, I had more lumps in it if I’m being honest.
“So I’m happier in this dress but I just want to put something on and not have any lumps in it.
“I want to be a comfortable size 12 and not have something sticking into me. I feel so much better when I do the workouts as I’ll come back, have the brekkie and go into work.
“I’m getting loads of compliments. I have always fluctuated weight-wise, so I do thrive on a compliment.”
