RTE could be seeling up to 10 acres from their Donnybrook land – and Fair City may be affected.
According to the Irish Daily Mail, the national braodcaster is selling off land to help tackle debts in the station.
According to the report part of the Fair City set could be sold off.
10-acre area of land on its Donnybrook campus, according to reports.
“This is not going to be a quick process,” a source told the paper.
“In order for the land to be valued and eventually sold a value has to be brought in by tender.
“That should be announced by the end of this month.
“It [the land] does have tenants, most notably the Fair City set, but with the realisation of that asset, the new set could be moved and upgraded.”
Well it’s not all bad news then…
