This is the luxury new home that Yvonne Keating has just moved into.

The Celebrity MasterChef star recently sold the Abington house she and ex-husband Ronan Keating built in Malahide, Co Dublin.

But the 40-year-old and their three children have stayed local with their new pad, which is just down the road in another exclusive estate.

It has emerged that Yvonne splashed out €1.28 million for the new home, after selling the previous property for €2.5 million.

This weekend Yvonne and kids Jack, 15, Missy, 13, and nine-year-old Ali have been started to decorate the property which she just got the keys for.

On New Year’s Day, she said: “We will miss this little rental but happy to finally have the key in my hand to our new house. Looking forward to moving in and on in 2015.”

Their new property comes with a massive private garden, stunning kitchen, a study, massive bedrooms as well as a perfect family room.

Previously Yvonne said: “I’m not originally from the area but I’ve been in Malahide nearly all of my adult life, so it’s very much home for me.”
