PICS: Laura Whitmore launches #ImWithBumble campaign with trip to Amalfi Coast

The new campaign is promoting female empowerment

Laura Whitmore has teamed up with Bumble to launch their #ImWithBumble campaign, promoting empowerment, positivity and kindness.

Bumble, the female-first social networking app that creates a safe place for connections in dating, friendships and business, has launched a new campaign featuring nine top digital influencers from around the world – including our very own Laura.

The new campaign will see influencers from key Bumble markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, Amsterdam and Australia, descend on the Amalfi Coast for a three day once in a lifetime experience focused on the brand’s key values.

Laura has been sharing plenty of amazing snaps from her trip, and has been encouraging female empowerment in her posts.

Bumble’s three modes (Date, BFF and Bizz) are all rooted in encouraging empowering connections, respectful conversations and meaningful interactions.

Unlike other influencer trips, the #imwithbumble campaign will go beyond the usual activities, with the focus instead on communicating the brands Global mission to promote equality, kindness and respectful interaction – whilst reverse engineering traditional gender roles and expectations around male and female behaviour.

Louise Troen, VP International Marketing & Communications for Bumble, said that the #imwithbumble campaign was a way to show audiences the brands purpose.

“Through the #imwithbumble campaign we will bring together brilliant women from all around the world and fully immerse them in our brand. These women will see firsthand that our core values of kindness, respect and empowerment are at the core of everything we do.”

“Bumble is about creating an empowered and modern way to facilitate genuine connections for our users – whether they are looking for love, friendship or professional opportunities.”

“Our ultimate goal is to create a movement where kindness and respect are at the forefront of human connectivity, and we hope that by the end of the trip each of these amazing women will be proud to say #imwithbumble,” she added.

As the fastest growing dating app in the US, Bumble has amassed nearly 40 million users globally, resulting in over 650 million women-led first moves, and over 1 billion messages sent.

Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building to a single platform via Bumble Date, Bumble BFF and Bumble Bizz.

Bumble has lifted the stigma of online dating by putting women in control of the conversation. On Bumble, women always make the first move.
