PICS: Conor McGregor rents out Funderland for his entire family

The UFC star turned Funderland into MacLand!

Conor McGregor completely rented out Funderland last night for his entire family.

Funderland has entertained Irish families for over 40 years in Dublin’s RDS, and on Monday night – the UFC star completely shut it down for a private event.

Taking to Instagram, the father-of-one posted a number of snaps from the evening.

“I opened up Funderland tonight, for my family and friends to have fun on this fresh January Monday,” he wrote.

“The Monday blues are just a day and a colour. Some buzz baby what’s up hahahaha
who else.”

According to social media, the McGregor family rolled up to the RDS in a fleet of luxury cars – and were met by a tonne of friends that Conor had invited.

In a touching post, Conor also revealed that he had invited his training partner Ciaran Maher, as well as his son – who he had previously met as a patient in Our Ladies Children’s Hospital.

“Ciaran’s son was a patient in the cardiac department in Our Ladies hospital before,” Conor told his 22 million followers.

“I went in one day on the low a while back and visited all the patients and helped out in my way for the department, and nobody knew about it, I made sure of it, but Ciaran reached out to me out of nowhere thanking me for it and I was like how do you know about that and was blown away as he told me of his son and his journey and that his life was saved by the people in the cardiac department in Our ladies.”

“I done this on the low and it reached right back close to me out of nowhere.
Crazy. It’s crazy how you just never know.

“I invited the little champion, my brother Ciaran and his wife today and it was great to meet the little man, thank you for coming,” he added.

The Crumlin native also shared a snap of his son, Conor Jnr, riding a Bentley tricycle around Funderland.

“Conor Jr’s first time at funderland! Rolling around in his Bentley tricycle hahahahahaha
Boss baby,” he captioned the photo.

The McGregors shut down Funderland after they were struck down with the Aussie Flu virus over Christmas.

The MMA star revealed on his Instagram page, that he has been stuck in bed battling the illness.

“Well that was a wild New Year’s Eve. Half the family hit with the Australian flu virus and some even left in hospital with it,” he wrote.

“I’ve never even been to Australia wtf. One of the most intense few days I’ve gone thru. Big New Year’s Eve party cancelled at the last minute and I am left shaking in bed the past two days.

“I’ll leave that with the rest of the bad behind me in 2017 and take with me the many great experiences I’ve had this year!”
