Comedian Tara Flynn was one of the main campaigners responsible for pushing the Yes vote through in the 8th amendment referendum.
Marian Keyes and other famous friends, as well as generous members of the public, felt that she deserved a break after all her hard work and have done the default Irish thing to do, a random act of soundness!
A GoFundMe page was set up by Shawna Scott seeking to raise €2,500 so Tara could go somewhere relaxing and get the referendum out of her head.

The initial goal was surpassed in and the figure raised stood at €5,375 12 hours in donated by 202 different people.
