Nicola Hughes has revealed she’s doesn’t want to depend on her reality TV boyfriend Alex Mytton to buy her things.
The Sandyford native, who is currently living with her beau in London’s South Kensington area, has admitted she likes her “own independence”.
“Alex is very good to me, but I do like my own independence. I don’t want him to be my second dad,” she said.

The blonde bombshell, who lived with her parents before she made the move across the pond, revealed it was difficult at first to deal with her British boyfriend’s annoying habits.
“He’s not good at cleaning up after himself and his clothes are everywhere constantly, which drives me mental,” she said.
“It was a massive step moving to London but I don’t think I could ever move back in with my parents now and have them nagging me all the time.”
“I’m the one who’s nagging now, though, and I give out about everything, which Alex is probably not used to it,” she told the Herald.
