2FM star Jennifer Maguire has admitted she finds it so “weird” when her new husband Lau Zamparelli calls her his wife.
The Republic of Telly star said she feels “nothing has really changed” since their fairytale wedding in July – except a reminder she’s growing up.
She said: “Myself and Lau were together for a long time before our wedding so nothing has really changed.
“What is weird is when he calls me his wife. And I still find it hard to say the word husband because then you are making me a grown-up. I don’t feel any different.”

Now Jennifer, 33, knows it’s “probably time” to start acting her age and look at starting a family.
She said: “We definitely want to have kids. We don’t know when it will happen but hopefully soon.”
It came four months before starting with Bernard O’Shea and Keith Walsh hosting 2FM’s new breakfast show, Breakfast Republic.

And Jennifer insists that despite losing 13,000 listeners in the last radio figures, they have to be given time.
Bitter Hector – who used to host the slot – claimed last week that bosses had already lost.
But Jennifer told the Sunday Mirror: “It takes the guts of a year really, especially because I never did radio before and especially when there is three of us.
“It is different to having two – you have to find a groove because it all has to work and flow. But I think we are on the right track and we love working together.”
