Irish star Brendan O’Carroll has insisted Mrs Brown’s Boys will be back.
Despite reports that the comedy series was coming to an end, Brendan has revealed the show will definitely be returning.
“Mrs Brown is our living. She has fed the family, educated the family and housed the family,” he said.

“I’ve no intention of letting that woman go,” he explained.
Brendan’s son Danny had made commented on the return of the series, but Brendan has now said he was misquoted.
“It was an interview Danny gave at a charity event in Donegal and he said that he didn’t know when it would be back,” the comedian added.

“I’m the only one who knows that but there will, of course, be more,” he told the Herald.
Brendan added that he’s already started writing another season.
