TV star Michelle Doherty is set to miss Glenda Gilson’s wedding – as she’s too tired after giving birth.
The Xpose presenter revealed her TV3 colleague asked if she wanted to come along to the nuptials.
But Michelle – who gave birth to Max on August 7 – insisted there was absolutely no chance of her making her friend’s wedding on Friday.

She said: “Glenda texted me a while ago saying, ‘Don’t suppose you’re up for a wedding?’ And I was like, ‘Glenda, I haven’t slept in days’.
“It’s a pity, I’d love to be there, and I’m sure Glenda will be an absolute babe on the day.”
The 36-year-old – who launched the First 1,000 Days Awareness Week – added that she was finding motherhood tough so far.
Mum: Michelle is finding breastfeeding tough
“I’m finding breastfeeding really, really difficult,” she told the Star. “Max is very impatient, and wants his food now.
“You have an image in your head of mothers breastfeeding as if it’s the most natural thing in the world, but it’s not – not for me anyway.
“It’s quite painful at times, and it can make you feel like you’re doing it all wrong.”
