Mairead Farrell has officially changed her name to Mairead Ronan.
The radio star previously revealed she wanted to change her last name when she tied the knot because she couldn’t be “two people”.
The Today FM producer wed her partner Louis Ronan in his native Tipperary on Friday and has changed her Twitter username to reflect her newly married status.

The nuptials were attended by a host of radio stars including Ray D’Arcy, Ian Dempsey, Anton Savage and Marian Finucane.
Mairead’s 8-year-old son Dara acted as Best Man and delivered a speech that left the presenter beaming with pride.
“I’m proud of Dara everyday but could have burst with pride after his speech,” she said.
The couple are off on their honeymoon with Mairead being left totally in the dark after Louis planned the romantic getaway to surprise her.
