Louise Duffy has revealed why she won’t be teaming up with her husband Paul Galvin any time soon.
Despite the brunette having launched her very own fashion website Womenswearstory.com, and Paul having his own men’s fashion range with Dunnes Stores – the pair won’t become business partners in the future.
“I don’t think we’ll team up. We would always discuss things with each other and advise each other, but I think it’s better to leave home and work separate. I think it’s safer,” she told the Herald.
“I come home from my day and he comes home from his day and we don’t cross paths on that side too much.”

Louise previously hosted The Louise Duffy Show at 2.30pm on Today FM, but she has now swapped with fellow radio host Fergal D’Arcy and nabbed the 7pm slot – which she is loving so far.
“It’s lovely. This is week number three, so I’m really enjoying it. It’s kind of more like a hobby now.
“I play lovely mellow music in the evenings and I have the studio to myself.
“I have more freedom in terms of what I can play, I can veer away from the playlist. It’s a lot more new music and there’s more scope to experiment,” she said.

Speaking about launching her website, Louise admitted that it was hard work, and insisted that she’s not trying to rival bloggers and influencers alike by running her own site.
“They’re all bloggers and I would admire what they’re doing so much. It’s such a busy industry and there’s so many strong people that I’m not really venturing into that side of things too much, it’s more magazine style. It’s not about me,” she added.
