Louis Walsh says he ‘wouldn’t have changed a thing’ about his Eurovision act

Louis Walsh has said he wouldn’t have changed a thing about his Eurovision act – despite failing to make it to the final.

For the fourth year in a row, Ireland’s act didn’t make it to the Eurovision, this year Brendan Murray losing out on the big performance.

“There’s nothing I would have changed,” Louis told the Ray D’Arcy Show on RTÉ Radio 1.

Louis added that Brendan was definitely one of the most popular acts in Kiev itself, but admitted the competition is: “so different… It’s a lot bigger than people think at home.”

Brendan added that he was disappointed with the result but he just wanted to do the best he could.

“I wanted to do my best for all my friends, and family and my country,” he said.
