X Factor judge Louis Walsh has flown to Miami to spend the festive season in the sunshine.
The Mayo man has had a busy few months, not only working on the X Factor but launching his new boyband Hometown.
Insiders have told Goss.ie that Louis has headed to the US to wind down after a hectic few weeks and to “think over” his decision to leave the X Factor.

“He’s had a stressful few months flying back and forth to London and working with Simon Cowell,” a source revealed.
“In between all of that he’s been launching his new band Hometown.
“They landed the number one spot in Ireland and he has huge plans for them in the UK in the new year.

“Louis is having a much needed break. He’ll be taking a step back from press and TV and just relaxing,” the insider told Goss.ie.
“He’s already said he wants to finish up on the X Factor but Simon is definitely back for me, Louis needs time to think through his decision to leave.
“He does want to focus on Hometown and get them to stardom like Westlife, but Simon always twists his arm to come back,” the source added.
