Expert: Louis thinks Rory has what it takes to be a pop star | ITV

“Rory has the ambition and positivity to do  anything he wants,” he said.

“He’s been reared to believe that he can do anything if he puts his mind to it. That’s most of the battle – self-belief and hard work.”

“Rory already has the profile, the work ethic, the fans. He is single-minded about everything he does.”

“He can be a pop star if he wants to be,” Louis revealed.

The TV judge rubbished the golfer’s claims he’ll be nervous to perform on stage and believes Rory isn’t the type of guy to come out unprepared.

“I don’t think he’s the kind of guy who’ll wing it. I don’t know what his musical abilities are or if he can sing but he will be by September.”

“He might pretend it’s all off the cuff but he’ll be well-prepared and well-rehearsed. He’s just that sort of person,” Louis told The Star.

“He’s ambitious and determined and he wouldn’t make a fool of himself. He’s going to be the best he can be.”
