Soul legend Lionel Richie has bizarrely fallen in love with Ireland AM presenter Anna Daly – but just her lips.
The US superstar told the TV3 host that she had “great lips for pouting” when she recently interviewed him.
She said: “He was so nice to chat to and he was so funny when we were posing for pictures after the interview.
“He said to me, ‘You’ve got great big lips, you can pull a good pout’, so I have a hilarious picture of us pouting together.

“Sometimes it can be a bit awk- ward posing for pictures with a celebrity, but he was great fun.”
And Anna told the Herald that unlike some other stars, “He’s such a great character and he’s such a nice guy to interview”.
During their sit-down chat, Lionel revealed that Irish women still fling their knickers at him, adding: “The Irish audiences make me pick up my game.”
Their interview will air on Ireland AM on Monday at 9.10am.
